James S. Lamoureaux (CEO and Founder) Mr. Lamoureaux has been involved for over 25 years in entrepreneurial endeavors focusing on technology development and commercialization. Mr. Lamoureaux’s education at MIT’s Clean Energy program and experience and network in the energy industry globally led to the creation of IGP Energy to commercialize new energy solutions.
Mr. Lamoureaux has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IGP Energy since 2008. Mr. Lamoureaux has significant business experience having founded and served as a director and as an officer of multiple companies, and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Mr. Lamoureaux is an inventor of construction products and patent holder of a fuel blending agent and entrepreneur specializing in lean start-ups. Over ten years of extensive experience in China allowed him to successfully close multiple contracts and new projects including a National level Joint Venture.
Randall Harris (Chief Technology Officer) has held a wide variety of roles during his tenure at the United States Department of Energy including: Regional Manager of the Office of Advanced Fuels, Senior Engineer/Advisor to the Director of the National Energy Technology Laboratory, Director of the Future Use Project (reporting to the Assistant Secretary of Energy), Chairman of the Super Computing Science Consortium, Executive Committee of Technology Transfer Working Group, Project Manager of Los Alamos National Laboratory, and Oak Ridge National Laboratories.
David K. Redeker (VP Projects and Safety) David’s 34-year career in the energy industry with BP and Amoco is distinguished by his leadership across a broad range of roles and responsibilities that included: competence assurance, capability development, change management, strategic planning, natural gas marketing, technology development, business development (US and International), and field operations. In his most recent role, David served as BP’s Vice President, Competency and Capability Management for the Safety and Operational Risk organization, creating a systematic approach to competence assurance and management for all safety critical roles across the BP Group.
Dr. Theo Fleisch (Senior Advisor) is an internationally recognized expert in the midstream natural gas business, especially in gas conversion to liquid fuels and chemicals with decades of executive experience in technology innovation, direction, management and commercialization for both Amoco and BP. He was one of 5 “distinguished advisors” to the board of BP and is one of the thought leaders in the international flare gas reduction project by the World Bank.
Zack Chen (Senior Advisor) has more than twenty five years of international technology and commercialization of new markets in China for international companies in a variety of market segments, including Petrochemical and Telecom. He created new business models and markets. Dr. Chen’s extensive high-level connections, strategy, analysis, planning, follow-up, relationships and network throughout China have formed the foundation of our robust Chinese enterprise.
Jerry Xu (Senior Advisor) is an engineer and attorney has expertise in enterprise production, organizational management, and strategic planning. Through his career Mr. Xu has worked in a wide range of power generation and chemical plant construction, commissioning and management for China Henan International Cooperation Group Co., LTD, a major State Owned Enterprise including overall responsibility for managing all six domestic and international joint ventures, including: Australia Trading Corp and two chemical plants.
Alicia Yuan (VP of IGP China) Miss Yuan acquired a double major in Applied Chemistry and International Trade & Economics. Her extensive experience and expertise in China’s coal chemical industry is enhanced with a deep understanding of business across multiple cultures. She assisted the Legal department of Danish pharmaceutical giant Novo Nordisk’s Beijing office in efficiently completing a legal due diligence effort for hundreds of clients. Miss Yuan has also worked with senior HR consultants for Randstad, a world leading Dutch HR service company, reviewing thousands of global candidates’ resumes and helping to interview and select many candidates.
Scott Benson (VP Marketing) has an extensive body of work in many areas of Marketing and Communications for national and multinational companies such as Target Corporation (Vendor of the Year, 2000), 3M Company, Fuji, Ecolab, Porsche, Tennant, Polaris, NRG, Blue Cross, Kroll Ontrack, Medtronic, Carmichael Lynch and many more. Covering numerous technologies and business types, he has decades of experience in branding, corporate identity, internet development, advertising, training programs, publications, presentations, packaging, internal communications & recognition programs, and as a Contractor (Classified Security Clearance) for the U.S. Navy.
